Description:
MDVO Flush Faceplates combine ease of use and aesthetics in work area installations. The single gang faceplates can accept up to 8 MDVO Modules and the double gang faceplates up to 12 MDVO Modules. The faceplates can be attached to standard electrical boxes or wall-mounting hardware for flush-mount installations. The single gang faceplates can also fit over Interface Surface Adapter Boxes for surface mount installations. The snap-on cover plate allows easy access and eliminates visible mounting screws.

• Select the appropriate size of electrical box according to the number and type of modules inserted in the faceplate • Label each port carefully for future reference and ease of location • Use different module colors to ease identification and location of users, areas or types of service • Unlatch the cover by inserting and pushing a flat screwdriver in the opening at the bottom of the faceplate • Verify clearance space before inserting MDVO Multimedia Modules • Preferably use MDVO Multimedia or Multi-User Outlet Boxes for fiber optic installations • MDVO Flush Faceplates ARE NOT suited for use with GigaFlex modules. |
