Planet 10Base-T to 10Base-FL Media Converter allows for a port-by-port conversion between unshielded twisted-pair and fiber optic cabling. Designed to operate effectively in either full or half duplex, Integrate mixed cabling environments using either switched or shared Ethernet. On the fiber side, it uses a ST connector and features 850 nm multi mode model fiber interface. On the UTP side, it uses a modular EIA/TIA 568 RJ45 connector that supports categories 3, 4 or 5 wiring and connects to distances up to 100 meters (328 feet).
